Barrel aged ale with organic Italian and Portuguese Plums Wild ale aged in Portuguese Douro wine barrels and refermented on 700g/L of 6 unique plum varieties in Ripe and semi ripe form juicy, tart and slightly tannic this beer is a reinterpretation of our first release with several recipe and production evolutions. Brewed on 100% solar power with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste within the beer. Bottle conditioned. Designed to be consumed as close to bottling date as possible for full fruit impact but will continue to develop flavour evolution for up to 10 years. Bottled Summer 2024
