A light and supremely drinkable ale-lager hybrid brewed with German Pilsner malt and Tettnang hops, fermented at elevated temperatures with a yeast strain originating from the Kln region to encourage fruity ester development.
Its delicately balanced with grainy-honey sweetness from the malt and very light hopping keeping bitterness low and contributing a freshly mown grass element but its the muted notes of Starburst, sweet white wine and rhubarb from the yeast esters that make this beer, lending a moreish integrity to a wonderfully simple foundation.
